Review
Humvee Shootout is a shoot-em-up game where you will drive a Humvee. You´ve been ambushed in an enemy territory, and you need to kill all your enemies, trying to keep yourself alive till the friend soldiers arrive to rescue you.
You will need to drive your Humvee from one point to another, by using the cursor movement keys. The arrows will make your vehicle go in that direction, no matter if the nose of your Humvee is pointing towards that direction or not. So, you will run backwards most of the time. While you drive your vehicle, you can kill your enemies by pointing and shooting your cannon. You will move your cannon with the mouse, and fire it with the left button of your mouse.
Some enemies will be die-hard, mainly those that are bigger than the others. You will be able to catch bonuses by running over a bonus indicator (they will give you more time, more lives, better weapons). An arrow will guide you to the end of each level, and you will immediately progress to the next one. This game features 9 levels, with 3 to 9 checkpoints, and 5 weapon types. |
